Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of artypa.com and Artypa's AI-powered creative tools for generating text, images, and audio (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Services. By using Artypa, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that we've collected information from someone under 16, we'll take steps to close that account and remove the associated data.

Artypa lets you create original content using artificial intelligence, including:

• ✓Text and writing
• ✓Images and visual art
• ✓Music and audio

We offer a free tier with limited access to our tools, as well as paid subscription plans that unlock additional features, higher usage limits, or priority processing. Current plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may change from time to time.

You own what you create. Artypa does not claim ownership over the text, images, audio, or other content you generate using the Services ("Your Content").

To operate and provide the Services, you grant Artypa a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content, solely as needed to save your work, generate previews, and deliver the Services to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where we need to retain a copy for legal, backup, or fraud prevention purposes.

You're responsible for anything you upload as an input (such as reference images or text prompts), and you confirm that you have the rights needed to use that material with our Services.

Some or all of the generation you do on Artypa runs on third-party AI models and infrastructure. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the underlying behavior of those third-party systems.

When using Artypa, you agree not to:

• ✕Generate or share content that is illegal, sexualizes minors, or exploits or endangers anyone
• ✕Generate content that is hateful, harassing, or intended to incite violence against a person or group
• ✕Infringe someone else's intellectual property or other legal rights
• ✕Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with someone
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the models and systems behind the Services
• ✕Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy, at our discretion.

• ◆Free plan: Available with limited features and usage caps
• ◆Paid plans: Billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled
• ◆Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period
• ◆Price changes: We'll notify you in advance of any changes to your plan's pricing or features
• ◆Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law

Aside from Your Content, the Services — including the Artypa name, logo, website, and underlying software — are owned by Artypa or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own creative purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Services themselves.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artypa won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and will generally provide notice before doing so unless the violation is serious or repeated. Once your account is closed, your right to use the Services ends, and Your Content will be handled according to our data retention practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and we'll notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date or sending you a notification. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
